You have the right to cancel your order after payment, we are sorry it cannot be altered after it has been despatched. If the goods have been posted you may return them at your own expence and a refund will be made minus the postage.
You may contact us if there are any faults with your order, please email info@wooltoyourdoor.com or call 07854932288 before returning the item so that we can arrange to exchange or refund the item.
If the items are not faulty and you wish to return them, items will need to be returned within 30 days and please make sure that the item is unused and in a good condition. We would not cover the postage costs in this case.
